Underwear & Apparel
For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on worn items. However, if your size isn't right, we've got you covered.
We offer size exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order, provided the item is unworn, unwashed, with tags attached, and in its original packaging.
To request a size exchange, email us at hello@frioprotocol.com with your order number and the size you need. We'll respond within 24 hours with instructions.
Return shipping costs for size exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.
The Frio Carrier
The Frio Carrier is eligible for a full return within 30 days of receiving your order, provided it is unused and in its original packaging.
Defective or Wrong Items
Please inspect your order upon reception. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at hello@frioprotocol.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will replace or refund it at no cost to you.
Refunds
Once your return or exchange is approved, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank to process the transaction.
European Union — 14 Day Cooling Off Period
If your order is shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason. Items must be unworn, unwashed, with tags, and in original packaging. Proof of purchase required.
